How The Winner Will Be Selected And How They Will Redeem Their Giveaway

The winner will be randomly chosen. The winner will have 24 hrs to choose which suite they would like to stay in and choose the date that works best for them based on the date requirements mentioned in the original Facebook giveaway post. The winner can check our availability HERE. NOTE: Winners may not choose to stay in the whole house, they must choose 1 of the two suites at Turkington Estates. If they do not respond or are able to find a suitable date, we will randomly select the next winner.

Securing Reservation Dates

The winner will be required to create an airbnb account and send us a message with their desired dates. We will respond with a special offer in the amount of $5 (which will include an additional $5 service fee from airbnb) for a total of $10. This processing fee will be compensated with home made raspberry jam for breakfast made from the Estate’s on site organic raspberry patch. Along with the fresh Jam, you’ll also get a sampling of the Turkington’s famous organic wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon dip and crackers. By booking through our airbnb page we can also ensure your dates are blocked out and no other guests can book them and you will have the opportunity to leave us a review at the end of your stay.

The winner must abide by all of our house rules and requirements for each of our airbnb listings while staying at the estate. The house rules and other information or each listing can be found HERE on each of our airbnb listings.

Travel Not Included
Travel to Homer, Alaska is not included in this giveaway. The winner is solely responsible for any travel related expenses to get themselves to and from Turkington Estates. This giveaway is for 2 nights accommodation only.

Additional Guests
The giveaway is for 2 people, however the winner may invite additional guests/family members to join them at an addition charge of $25/person up to the maximum occupancy allowed for the suite they choose to stay in.
